AM Media Policies & Terms

Turnaround Time Policy

Standard delivery is 24–72 business hours, depending on services booked. Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Weather Policy

Weather decisions are made at AM Media’s discretion to ensure safety and quality. Overcast conditions are considered acceptable. Drone and exterior services may be rescheduled due to rain, wind, fog, or airspace restrictions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

Media Usage Rights

Media is licensed to the client for marketing the specific property. Media may not be reused, sold, or transferred without written permission. AM Media retains full copyright.

Revisions Policy

Minor revisions related to editing errors are included at no cost to the client. Creative or stylistic changes, extensive retouching, or reshoots are not included unless due to an AM Media error. Each photoshoot includes two revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an additional fee, at AM Media’s discretion.
